This cookie policy explains how Candy Doodle uses cookies and similar technologies on https://candydoodle.co.uk. We keep tracking to a minimum. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or social-media tracking pixels.

Notes:
- localStorage keys above are placeholders — confirm actual key names before go-live with your developer.
- jsDelivr delivers a script when you load our pages. jsDelivr does not set cookies on our Website, but your browser makes a network request to their servers and they may log technical connection data (including IP address) in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not control jsDelivr's logging.
- We classify localStorage for interface preferences as strictly necessary for the functioning of accessibility and navigation features you have chosen. Under UK PECR, strictly necessary storage does not require consent.
5. Third-party script — jsDelivr
We load site assets via jsDelivr (https://cdn.jsdelivr.net). This is a free, open-source content delivery network. When your browser requests a script from jsDelivr:
- no cookie is placed on your device by jsDelivr for our site;
- your IP address and browser details may be logged by jsDelivr's servers as part of normal internet routing;
- we have no access to jsDelivr's server logs.

6. How to clear cookies and site data
You can control and delete cookies and localStorage through your browser settings.
Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data (select "Cookies and other site data" and/or "Cached images and files") → Site settings → View permissions and data stored across sites → find candydoodle.co.uk → Clear data.
Safari (macOS): Safari → Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → search candydoodle.co.uk → Remove.
Safari (iOS): Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → search and delete.
Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Manage Data → search candydoodle.co.uk → Remove.
Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies and site data.
Clearing site data will reset any interface preferences stored in localStorage (for example reduced-motion settings). The Website will continue to function.
You can also use private/incognito browsing mode, which typically clears storage when you close the window.
7. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Our Website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals because we do not engage in cross-site tracking. We do not sell personal data.
